To be able to start your EMS training, you need to have the Antelope Go app installed, which is used to control your workout. This is available free of charge in the App Store and Google Play Store. What should you bear in mind when doing EMS training at home?
As with conventional training methods, the same applies to EMS training: listen to your body. Although you can do without heavy weights for your EMS training at home, which reduces the risk of injury, you should also make sure that you perform the exercises properly and consciously during EMS training. Start EMS training slowly, as it is especially important as a beginner to find the optimal stimulation and pay close attention to your body. Start with a stimulation intensity of between 10-15 % and increase slowly. For an optimal start, we recommend that you do a short warm-up. Antelope's regeneration programmes have been specially developed for relaxing regeneration, among other things, and sometimes resemble a soothing relaxation massage thanks to targeted electrical impulses. The programmes are suitable for use after a training session or to relax after a hard day's work.
Open the Antelope Go app and select a programme of your choice from the ‘Regeneration - Passive’ or ‘Regeneration - Special’ category. You can set the duration of each programme yourself.
