Work on your tee-off speed and stability and get strong support with EMS training

How EMS can enrich your golf training

Do you love golf and want to train more efficiently? EMS training has many advantages for golfers. It additionally stimulates your muscles and works them effectively. This can have an effect on your strength endurance, for example. Another advantage: EMS is easy to incorporate into your training routine.

Golf keeps your body and mind fit. During an 18-hole round, you cover up to ten kilometres. Golf makes you agile, persistent and focussed. It also trains your coordination. Golf relieves stress, relaxes and strengthens your muscles at the same time. This also applies to training away from the green. You can hit up to 150 balls in an hour on the driving range.

Maximise your speed on the ball and control your swing precisely: As a golfer, you don't just need to be agile. You also need strength and stability in the centre of your body. With the right fitness, you can play for many years without any major risk of injury.

Golfing supports your muscles

There are a number of preconceptions surrounding golf. One of them is that players just stand around on the course and make small talk. Yet golf activates more than a quarter of all muscle groups. The swing with the club primarily challenges the chest and shoulder muscles. The back is also involved in this movement. The core and leg muscles, on the other hand, ensure a stable stance.

How to integrate EMS into your training

To stay fit and agile, you should also train regularly away from the golf course. The following exercises, for example, are suitable for this:

EMS clothing for women and men

One suit for all? That's no longer in line with the times. That's why we have tailored the fit of our EMS textiles precisely to your proportions. Because the muscle strands run differently in men and women, we have adapted the position, size and shape of the electrodes. In this way, our EMS products provide targeted intensive training stimuli. And you feel comfortable while you train your golf skills. You'll also look great in our EMS tank tops, shirts, suits and leggings.

EMS and golf: our experience of the effects

To investigate the extent to which EMS can improve golf fitness, we worked with the Thomas Thöni Golf Academy to accompany two professionals over a period of several months. The result: both professionals were able to improve their performance. Club head speed and ball dispersion were significantly improved through the use of EMS training with Antelope suits - the pros were also able to significantly increase their ball speeds.
