The rewards programme from Antelope

1. Scope of application, definitions
These Terms and Conditions of Participation apply to the "Customers Recruit Customers - Rewards Program" promotion run by Beurer Europe GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter") via the website at https://www.antelope-shop.com/en/campaigns/rewards/. As part of this campaign, Beurer Europe GmbH grants product rewards for new customer referrals by existing registered customers under the conditions described in the following conditions of participation.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Any natural person of legal age with legal capacity residing in a country of delivery and acting in their own name is eligible to participate.
2.2 Minors, legally incompetent persons, employees of the organizer, their relatives and/or persons living in the same household as them are excluded from participation.

3. Procedure
3.1 The Referrer must already be registered as a customer in the online shop and have purchased an "Antelope" brand product worth over €500 from Beurer in the last three years. The Referrer can find out about the promotion and the rewards that apply to him/her and the Referred Party in the Online Shop.
3.2 Upon request by the Referrer to the Antelope customer service at info@antelope.de, the customer service will generate a referral code for the Referrer to pass on to the Referred Party so that the referred purchase can be attributed to the Referrer in the event of success. The success case occurs after expiry of the extended cancellation period of 30 days, provided that the referred party has not cancelled the order.
3.3 An order may be placed by a Referred Party who has reached the age of 18 and has not yet been registered as a customer in the online shop https://www.antelope-shop.com/en/ prior to the first order and has not ordered any "Antelope" brand products from the Organiser within the last 12 months. In order to take part, the Referred Party must place an order in the online shop at https://www.antelope-shop.com with a value of over €1000.
3.4 When placing an order, the Referred Party must enter the referral code received from the Referrer in the text field provided for this purpose. Only orders placed in the online shop at https://www.antelope-shop.com/en/ will be considered.

4. Bonus
The Referrer and, depending on the choice of rewards, the Referred Party shall receive the products/rewards selected in advance for each successfully brokered business transaction of the Organiser in compliance with the conditions set out in the above section. If two rewards are offered for one transaction, the Referrer and the Referred Party shall each receive the same reward. If one premium is displayed, the advertiser shall receive this.

5. Premature
Termination of the promotion The Organiser is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons, or if participants violate the conditions of participation to a particular extent.

6. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
