How do I change my personal data, such as height or activity level?

How do I make sure that a WIFI connection to the scale is working?

In these cases, use the "^" button on the scale to manually select the scale user (e.g.: "U: 1").</p></div></div>

What does it mean when the scale displays “U: -”?

Why can't I take a measurement when the scale display goes through the points “- - - -”?

Why can't I take a measurement when the scale display shows “USE APP”?

<div class="row"><div class="col-12"><p>If the SET button is held down for a long time, you can configure the scale using the scale buttons instead of using the app (unit, radio operation, scale user). However, configuration and use with the beurer HealthManager Pro app is recommended. To bring "USE-APP" up on the display again, briefly press the SET button several times until the scale switches off and then briefly press the SET button again.</p></div></div>

Why does “unit” appear in the display when the SET key is pressed?

<div class="row"><div class="col-12"><p>This happens when no WIFI connection can be established after the measurement is taken. The scale will then try to transfer the measurement via <em>Bluetooth</em><sup>®</sup>. If this is the case, we recommend carrying out a network test via the app. This is in the device settings of the BF880 under "Network".</p></div></div>

Why is an online account with registration in the beurer HealthManager Pro app required?

In this case, press the + button on the scale to select the user before measuring.<br/>b) WIFI/<em>Bluetooth</em><sup>®</sup> is switched off on the scale. In this case, first press and hold the SET button for a long time until "unit" appears in the display. Then, briefly press the SET button until "off" appears in the display. Change to "on" with the + or - button, and confirm multiple times with the SET button until the scale switches off.<br/>c) No user has been assigned between the scale and the beurer HealthManager Pro app.<br/>To assign the user:</p><ul><li>open the beurer HealthManager Pro app</li><li>select the BF880 under "My devices"</li><li>select "User settings"</li><li>check whether the assigned scale user (e.g. "U: 1") is also the same user on the scale</li></ul><p>If the user is not the same, remove the scale from the beurer HealthManager Pro app and reconnect it. </p></div></div>
